Originally from Brazil, Gui Goncalves brings over 20 years of management experience across multiple industries, with a strong passion for people and service excellence. A true servant leader, Gui began his food and beverage career in San Francisco in 2008, working with some of the city’s most respected upscale restaurants before expanding his expertise in New York and Florida. His career journey later evolved into luxury hotel and private club management, where he has built a reputation for elevating guest experiences, leading high-performing teams, and fostering vibrant member communities. Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to excellence, Gui continues to drive innovation and service at the highest level. Outside of work, Gui enjoys spending quality time with his son Liam and his dog Bella, playing golf, exploring great restaurants, and sharing meaningful moments with friends.
